IPCorder supports all IP cameras, which are fully ONVIF.orgcompliant. Besides them IPCorder can be also integrated with a wide range of IP cameras and other devices, see the list of supported devices.
IPCorder firmware upgrades are available on updates.ipcorder.com. The upgrades solve reported bugs, add new features or support for new devices. You can also try one of our testing versions for upcoming releases.

Most of the harware based problems with IPCorder NVR are caused by broken hard drives, though it could happen in rare occasions that hardware of IPCorder fails. If it is impossible to turn on your IPCorder, find it on the network or if it experiences persistent instability or random errors, please follow instructions provided in problems caused by hardware failure section.

The better description of your problem we get, the faster we can help you out. When contacting technical support, please always provide: model and serial number of your IPCorder, firmware in IPCorder, number, type and firmware in connected devices (cameras), proper problem description, screenshots showing error etc.
